LaunchMode LLC ("LaunchMode," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Virtual Garage mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.

• Photos — images you upload to the App of your vehicles

• Provide and maintain the Virtual Garage app and its features
• Sync your garage data across devices via your account
• Send service reminders and notifications you have opted into

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your garage data with other users without your explicit permission.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud infrastructure platform. Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Photos you upload are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Garage and vehicle data is stored in Firebase Firestore. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your garage data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Children's Privacy

Virtual Garage is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Third-Party Services

Virtual Garage uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and storage infrastructure. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — app distribution platforms subject to their respective privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
